What is the procedure for granting international protection?

The Refugee.pl Foundation has prepared an information poster for foreigners about the procedure for granting international protection. The poster is available in six language versions (in Polish, English, Russian, Arabic, Persian and French).

The posters were prepared as part of the project “Flying lawyers – legal assistance and information” co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the state budget.

As part of the project, the Foundation also prepared two animations for foreigners. The first one shows how the procedure for granting international protection proceeds from submitting an application for international protection to issuing a positive decision entitling you to stay in Poland and to start an integration program – or a negative decision obliging you to return to your country of origin. The second animation concerns the procedure before the Head of the Office for Foreigners. It shows the most important elements of this procedure, taking into account the rights and situations of persons requiring special care.

Both animations were prepared as part of the project “Flying lawyers – legal assistance and information” co-financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and the state budget, and are available in six languages.
